Aquara temporarily closes customer service offices
All procedures can be carried out through non-contact service channels that are reinforced from this moment
Aquara closes the customer service offices temporarily from today.
This preventive measure is aimed at guaranteeing the safety and health of our staff and our clients, and is in line with the measures already taken previously and with the recommendations made by the Government of Aragon and also by the Government of Spain to the business sector and other organizations.
All procedures can continue to be carried out through non-contact customer service channels such as customer service phone number 900 330 018, incident phone number 900 330 028, reading phone number 900 814 138 and virtual office.
On the following website, the client will be able to find information on non-contact service channels where to carry out their procedures: https://www.aquara.es/canales-de-contacto
In addition to this measure, Aquara has been applying preventive actions for days to ensure the proper functioning of the municipal water service and preserve people's health. These measures are the following:
- The company has applied the prevention protocols dictated by the health authorities among its staff with internal communications and information boards in all its facilities.
- Transport trips with a large influx of users have been canceled and face-to-face meetings, both internal and with external providers, have been converted into video call and telephone meetings.
- Aquara is maximizing teleworking among the workforce, as long as the current situation continues.
- Aquara is at all times in communication with the health authorities regarding the current situation.
