Aqualogía has arrived this week at some of the educational centers in the provinces of Teruel and Zaragoza. It is an environmental education program organized by Aquara in collaboration with the municipalities of the municipalities where it serves. Its objective is to explain to primary school students how the natural and urban water cycle works, while raising awareness of the need to make intelligent use of natural resources.

Specifically, workshops have been organized at the CRA El Regallo de Valmuel and Puigmoreno and the Juan Sobrarias and Palmireno de Alcañiz schools. In the province of Zaragoza, the students of CEIP Castillo Qadrit de Cadrete, Brianda de Luna de Alfajarín and Mariano Castillo de Villamayor participated.

During the course of this activity, the little ones have learned how the water is filtered in a treatment plant or the conductivity of the liquid element, among other concepts. In addition, children have been able to verify the damage caused by wipes in sanitation networks and treatment plants through another of the Aqualogía experiments. In this playful way, students have been reminded of everything that cannot be disposed of through the toilet and what the consequences may be for the environment if they do.

More than 200 children in total have learned playing with Aqualogía, an initiative aligned with SDG number 12, 'Responsible production and consumption', which demonstrates Aquara's firm commitment to environmental awareness and the promotion of the 2030 Agenda in the Aragonese municipalities .
